Give a howl, give a cheer, the Walk for the Animals is VERY near!

Give a howl, give a cheer, the Walk for the Animals is near!

Only one week left to register online!

Just 10 days left until one of Prescott's biggest party for pets and people: the 3rd Annual Walk for the Animals, presented by Renewal by Andersen! You'll have a tail-wagging good time next Saturday, April 26 as Embry-Riddle University becomes a festival to celebrate our furry friends, all to benefit the pet residents at YHS.
Your Walk for the Animals day will start with a stroll through the Barketplace featuring lots of local vendors, followed by the opening howl at 9:00am, a 5K or one-mile walk/run, dog watching, parading your furry friend in the NEW Magic 99.1 Strut Your Mutt contest, a visit to the Pet Wellness booth for low-cost vaccines, a big "woof" for being a hero to animals, and a much deserved cat nap after all the fun. Click here to view Walk activities schedule. Can't make the Walk? You can still save lives by becoming a "Lazy Dog" and sleeping in on Walk day.
Online registration will close next Wednesday, April 23 at 5pm. Registration is $35 and includes a doggie bag of goodies and t-shirt. Youth Walkers are just $20. Day of Walk registration is available for $40 and does not guarantee a t-shirt. Visit the Walk for the Animals website and click on register to form your pack, earn prizes, save lives, and to have a doggone good time!
